Tantalising Truffles Workshop with Miss Witt

Join renowned chocolatier Miss Witt for an evening truffle workshop.

The workshop will include:

• Event introduction by Kerry Witt with a hot drink and chocolate to taste

• An overview of creating milk chocolate truffles

• You will then work individually to make 10 milk chocolate truffles

• Whilst your truffles are setting, Kerry will demonstrate how to coat your truffles with tempered chocolate

• You will then package your truffles in beautiful boxes to take home

• Miss Witt will provide everything you need including apron
