What's in Season Now
What’s in season: November
Cauliflower
We all have an ultimate comfort food and for some of us it’s cauliflower cheese – ideally really cheesy and browned on top (and maybe with the addition of cherry tomatoes and grizzled pancetta. But there are many new and delicious ways of preparing cauliflower – one of them is simply to roast cauliflower in an oven with a handful of capers and black olives and maybe some strips of red pepper. It seems to work particularly well with a sprinkling of rapeseed oil from Pratts or The Cold Pressed Oil Company and makes a lovely accompaniment to fish.
