Using Hampshire produce, the team of Vanilla's professional chefs will demonstrate how to cook canap?s such as Laverstoke Mozzarella & Spinach Mille Feuille on Jerusalem Artichoke Mousse. This is an active workshop so you will get you chance to try your hand at these dishes and take away your creations to impress your family and friends. These classes sold out last year so will no doubt prove popular again in 2013.
