Hayley is a lady on a mission to support the local fishing industry. She sources sustainable fish from along the South Coast which she turns into delicious ready to eat fishy products.
Catch was set up in 2012 by Hayley to give customers excellent food, whilst supporting local fish markets and helping to protect fish stocks. Catch began by manufacturing fishcakes, crab cakes, crab bisque and many other fish delicacies for the retail and restaurant trade. Now sourcing sustainable fish from along the South Coast, Catch is a regular favourite at farmers’ markets across Hampshire, and supplies wholesale to restaurant and shops across the region.
Their product range has grown to include Kedgeree Eggs, Lobster Oil, Fish Pie, Potted Crab, Creamy Chowder, Crab Samosas and plenty more. Catch can often be found at events at the end of a long queue serving their scrumptious fish cake sandwiches.
The Catch range is covered in plenty of Great Taste Awards with wins for their Seabass Amour Fishcake, Smokey Bill Fishcake and more.
