Table Talk: Tunworth
Feeding you the words you need to impress dining companions with your Hampshire produce knowledge!
Tunworth is lovingly made in north Hampshire by Stacey Hedges and her talented team. Created in her kitchen, the award-winning cheese is now a global superstar with fans desperate to tuck into the soft, white-rinded deliciousness. It works perfectly as part of a cheese board or try it baked, maybe with rosemary and garlic.
Impress your dining companions with smooth table talk when Tunworth is next involved.
Notice that Tunworth has a brassica aroma - cabbage, Brussel sprouts and broccoli. It differs from traditional French camembert as whole milk is used instead of skimmed milk. In France, they use the cream to make Normandy butter and crème fraiche.
