Seabass with Yarty Lime and Chilli Cordial
Yarty's range of cordials and vinegars are made using whole fruit which gives them a distinctive and delicious flavour. They make a great kitchen condiment and are an easy way to add flavour to your cooking.
4x fresh sea bass
1 tbsp Yarty Lime and Chilli Cordial
1 tsp pur?ed lemon grass
1 tsp chopped coriander
Place sea bass fillets in roasting bags. Add the Yarty Lime and Chilli Cordial, lemon grass and coriander. Rub it into the fish fillets, seal the bag and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Place on a baking tray ensuring the tie on the bag is tight, and place in a pre-heated oven gas mark 5 (190c) for 10 to 15 minutes. Ensure that the fish is piping hot and serve with rice or saut? potatoes, and a little coriander for decoration.
