New Brunch Restaurant Opens in Winchester
Something delicious has arrived in Winchester as the popular Suffolk brunch restaurant Honey + Harvey has opened in the building formerly occupied by The Square.
Honey + Harvey makes an excellent brunch spot, any time of the day. The focus is on locally sourced menus and crafted speciality coffees. Customers can feast on smashed avocado, eggs as you like them, dry cured back bacon or ChalkStream trout, and hollandaise on sourdough. There are also more traditional breakfast items, including a full-on Winchester Breakfast, and pastries. Vegetarian and vegan options are available and the chef can also accommodate the gluten free (just ask).
On the counter there are other baked goods for customers to enjoy in one of the many seating areas or to grab and go. There is seating indoors, in the garden or out front in The Square, where you can chat, linger and watch the world go by. Both the garden and the front of the café are covered and dog friendly.
Honey + Harvey Winchester is an all-day café. Plus Thursday through to Saturday evenings they are serve a tasty Middle Eastern-inspired menu unti 9pm alongside decadent cocktails, organic wines and craft ales. Just perfect for kicking back and relaxing at the end of the week.

Hampshire Fare members feature on the menu, including trout from ChalkStream, meat from Hoggett & Boar butchers in Broughton, and fresh eggs from Vale Farm in Pitt.
Honey + Harvey also have their own gin and jams to buy, also produced here in Hampshire.
Honey + Harvey Winchester opens Monday to Wednesday 8am-5pm (food served until 3pm); Thursday to Saturday 8am-10pm (food served until 9pm); Sunday 9am-4pm (food served until 3pm).
