This month's cocktail is a bestseller at the popular Winchester haunt, Cabinet Rooms. On a mission to spread the love of cocktails, Cabinet Rooms founders, Gary and Marcus, will be shaking up the city in February with the return of Winchester Cocktail Week.

50ml Twisted Nose Gin from Winchester Distillery
25ml Grey Goose La Poire
10ml Lillet Blanc
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake with vigour and finesse and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with a twist of lemon.
