Midsummer Madness for Mortimer Chocolate!
Mortimer Chocolate is delighted to announce that their range of drinking chocolates, including chocolate, salted caramel and chocolate orange flavours, have just launched on the Ocado online supermarket site as temperatures rise for a sweltering summer.
Adrian Smith, the master chocolate maker behind the drinks says, “It seems odd, but the drinks will be in place for when the weather starts to cool off in the autumn. Anyway our drinks make a lovely cold drink, too. Our customers tell us just how refreshing the cold version is, so the drinks are an all-weather option!”
On the success of being selected by Ocado, Adrian comments, “Ocado liked the fact that our salted caramel drink won Highly Commended in the 2018 Quality Food Awards, following a blind tasting by industry experts and against strong competition from much bigger brands with huge budgets.
“Our drinks are all based on natural cocoa powders, which gives them a delicious chocolate intensity. We’re really excited to have the opportunity to work with Ocado and for their customers to be able to try our drinking chocolates.”
