Hampshire Fare Markets at The Ageas Bowl
Hampshire Fare is excited to be running local food and drink markets at The Ageas Bowl on 15th May, 22nd May and 23rd July during the NatWest T20 Blast matches.
A selection of more than twenty producer members of Hampshire Fare will be selling local food and drink items. Spectators will be tempted by sparkling wine, fudge, beer, jams and chutneys, gin, fresh meat, chocolate, bread and cakes, fish, charcuterie, cheeses and more. All items are made locally by small producers and will make perfect souvenirs of a Hampshire day out.
The market is being arranged as a result of a new Corporate Partnership between Hampshire Fare and The Ageas Bowl. Tracy Nash, Commercial Manager, Hampshire Fare, commented: “We feel it is very fitting that Hampshire Cricket and Hampshire Fare are working together as they both represent a core part of Hampshire’s heritage.
“We are particularly excited for our members that a new audience will become aware of the quality and abundance of Hampshire’s food and drink through this series of match day markets. We also believe that the markets will enhance the experience of the match days for visitors, showcasing the best of Hampshire.”
