Hampshire Fare's Corporate Partner, Ideal Collection, are holding another Fundraising Dinner at No.5 Bridge Street in Winchester on Friday 23rd February 2018 at 7pm.
Ideal Collection launched their collaboration with The Murray Parish Trust in 2016 and held a special event to celebrate the partnership, raising £8,000 that night. Two years on, Ideal Collection and their five venues across Hampshire and West Sussex have raised an incredible £25,000 for the charity.
Teaming up with Hampshire Fare Members, New Forest Spring Water and Harvest Fine Foods, Ideal Collection donates 50p from every litre of New Forest Water and £1 from every children’s meal sold to the trust.
This year’s fundraising dinner will see No.5 Bridge Street’s head chef Andy Yates joined by extraordinary guest chef James Durrant, who starred on The Great British Menu and has worked in some of the country’s top restaurants. Guests are in for an exclusive dining experience as Andy and James create a show stopping four-course menu using the best produce from the local area.
Guests will be welcomed with a drinks reception, followed by a unique and exclusive dinner to remember. Following the meal, there will be a charity auction with a raft of unique treats and experiences up for grabs. They will also have live music and some special surprises throughout the evening.
All funds raised on the night will go directly to supporting our #2MillionSteps appeal which is fundraising for a brand new state-of-the-art Children’s Emergency & Trauma Department at Southampton University Hospital. The new department will become a major trauma centre delivering life-saving and acute specialist care for critically ill children from across nine different regions, stretching from Devon to West Sussex, Oxfordshire to The Channel Islands.
Tickets
Tickets for this fundraising dinner are £75 per person and a minimum of ten guests is required to make a table booking. If you have a smaller group of people and would like more information about opportunities for sharing a table, please do get in touch with Ideal Collection.
