Blow off the Bank Holiday cobwebs

Come and see a selection of Hampshire’s talented chefs working alongside aspiring young chefs from Eastleigh College, BCOT College and Highbury College at Milford on Sea Food Week.

On Tuesday 29th March, Hampshire Fare will mark our 25th anniversary with a unique event bringing together chefs and producers from across the county. The Producers’ Day will be held at South Lawn Hotel in Lymington.

Come along and sample and buy tasty food and drink from Jenkyn Place Vineyard, Hattingley Valley Vineyard, Flack Manor Brewery, Burley Fudge, Olives Direct, Cold Pressed Oil, Parsonage Farm, Cupcakes mmm Cookies, Yarty Cordials, Blackwater Pork and Winchester Cocoa. 

During the afternoon, Dan Gover from The Pig, Brockenhurst, Andy MacKenzie from Lainston House Hotel and Adam Harty from Basingstoke College of Technology will be working their magic in the demo kitchen. The chefs will be joined by catering students from East Avenue Restaurant at Eastleigh College, The Restaurant at BCOT College and Chimes Restaurant at Highbury College.

The first 25 people through the door will receive a free Hampshire Fare 25th anniversary jute shopping bag!
