The Perfect Roast at Season Cookery School

Then fear not, Chef Andy Mackenzie is here to guide you through the methods of how to make that perfect roast dinner.

With over 30 years of experience under his belt with Exclusive Hotels and Venues, Hampshire Life Food Hero Andy Mackenzie is well-qualified to teach you how to make the perfect roast dinner. Using local, seasonal produce, Andy will talk you through the many tricks of the trade to make a roast dinner a roaring success.

Once your session is complete, you will then take a seat in the cookery school where lunch with a glass of wine will be served.
