The Farmers Butchers' Fancy Food Course

The Farmers Butcher are hosting two Fancy Food Courses during January and February 2019. 

 

Master Butcher Michael Alexander made a chicken cushion by deboning a chicken, stuffing, and wrapping the skin back around to look like a cushion. We thought that people would like to learn how to do this, so are now offering a ‘Fancy Food Course.’

 

So come and join Master Butcher Michael Alexander, who will take you on a journey learning new skills. 

Each course will last approximately 3 hrs and during the course you will learn how to:

  • Butcher a Chicken.
  • Create individual chicken cushions.
  • Make something amazing with the chicken legs.
  • Plus two more exciting creations.
  • Take home everything you will make (8 portions), to cook or freeze at home.

 

The courses are small and will consist of 6 people, giving you that focused and intimate experience. 

The courses will be held on Saturday 19th January 2019, and Saturday 2nd Feb 2019

Time: 3.15 pm

Duration: Approx 3 hrs

Cost: £75 per person
