Seasonal cooking at Season Cookery School
Join chef Lewis Hamblet for a full day in the kitchen with a focus on local, seasonal food.
On the menu is: Warm winter leaf salad with duck egg, chestnuts and anchovy dressing | Loin of Hampshire Venison with mushroom pithivier, salt baked beetroots, red currant jelly and juniper jus | Bitter chocolate tart with cherries and clotted cream
Lunch with a glass of wine will be served in the cookery school at the end of the session.
