Season Cookery School- Christmas: The Main Event

Get involved in this Full Day hands on cooking class, walking you through all the steps to creating that ultimate Christmas feast for all the family.

Working with fresh local produce Andy Mackenzie, Executive Chef, will show you how to create all the elements for the perfect Christmas Dinner- from the meat to the veggies to the accompaniments, you will be sure to wow your guests by the end. 

Full Day:

09:00 – 09:20  Guests arrive

09:20 – 09:30  Welcome and a run through of health and safety

09:30  Class starts

The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch 
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)

13:00 – Lunch 

13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes 
(on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again)

16:30 – Class ends

Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.

This class costs £165 per person and booking is essential.
