Hampshire Salami- Meat Curing & Salami Making Workshop
The award winning Hampshire Salami Co is pleased to announce its Meat Curing & Salami Making Workshop dates for 2019.
All their courses are extremely ‘hands on’ practical workshops, with between two and four students per course.
They run two courses:
- ‘Nose to Tail Curing’ – Curing a pig in a day, nose to tail. A practical hands on course that can be tailored for either the novice or those with a little more experience.
- ‘Whole Muscle Curing’ - Covering the basic aspects of butchery, and then salumi making and whole muscle curing.
They can also organise bespoke sessions on a variety of sausage making and meat curing topics.
