Hampshire Food Festival menu at Cambium- celebrating Hampshire produce

For two weeks only this July, Cambium at Carey's Manor Hotel will be celebrating the Hampshire Food Festival with a menu featuring ingredients from some of the region’s best growers and producers!

From New Forest mushrooms and Hampshire beef, to Lymington Gin and South-Coast Hake, find out exactly why their local larder is so incredible.

You can enjoy their 3 course menu for £40 per person. Their menu will include the following:



Dancing cows gin cured chalk stream trout, fennel remoulade

Romsey tomato salad, gazpacho granite, basil

Corned Hampshire beef, pickled vegetables, mustard mayonnaise


Pondhead Farm pork chop, cannellini beans, sage and onion

South coast hake, crab, spatzle

New forest mushroom risotto, poached Clayton farm egg


New Forest strawberry salad, strawberry sorbet, lime, lemon verbena

New Forest raspberry parfait, meringue, dark chocolate sorbet

Tunworth cheese, black pepper crackers, pickled celery


Why not continue your support of local and wash your meal down with some local wines by Exton Park Vineyard or Marlings Sparkling Wine. If wine if not your tipple then why not try Winchester Distillery's own  Twisted Nose Gin?

This menu is only available from 1st - 14th July.
