Gin School at 820 Spirits

In our 2-hour session, we’ll guide you through the history of gin, lead you on a tour of our distillery, and showcase the botanicals we grow on-site. Next, we’ll walk you through the gin-making process, assist you in selecting your preferred botanicals, and help you balance the recipe to produce your personalized gin. Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to sample some of our on-site gin in gin and tonics or cocktails. You can either have a still to yourself or share it with your loved ones or a friend. We’ll be making a multi-shot recipe, which we’ll explain during the session. As a result of the session, you’ll receive your own 700ml bottle of gin to take home, with the option to purchase an additional bottle if you would like to!

£100 for 1 person or £150 for 2 people on 1 still. The 2 hour session includes 4 drinks while on site, and a 700ml bottle of your very own spirit at the end of the session per still (with the option to buy another bottle on the day if you wish)
