Dinner by Candlelight at Chewton Glen
Around the globe for one hour at 20.30 on Saturday 24th March millions of people, businesses and landmarks will be switching off their lights to draw attention for the need for action on climate change. The ‘Earth Hour’ initiative is coordinated by the WWF and volunteer organisation who have come together to shine a light on this subject, and who have over the past 10 years achieved massive environmental impact and are helping changing laws, lives and the planet.
Chewton Glen are joining in the celebration of ‘Earth Hour’ with a fabulous dinner enjoyed by candlelight on the 24th March in The Dining Room. The evening will start with a special ‘dark’ cocktail prepared by their mixologist. Guests will then be guided to their table by candlelight where they will savour a fabulous dinner prepared by Head Chef, Simon Addison and his team, the menu, which costs £60 per person, will include:

Winchester watercress, smoked duck, goat’s cheese beignet
Fillet of Hake
fennel, leeks, mussels, sea vegetables
