Enjoy a delicious 5-course menu by award-winning chef patron Gordon Stott each paired with a drink made using locally distilled gin from the Winchester Distillery. Mark, from Winchester Distillery, will talk you through each dish and drink pairing.

Twisted Nose is a premium craft gin made by hand in small batches using closely-guarded recipes and the master distiller’s twisted nose to fine-tune each batch to perfection. The gin’s deliciously unique taste is created using traditional methods and local botanicals sourced from Winchester’s surrounding landscape.
