"Strictly Come Dining" Chefs' Challenge
Come along for an evening of fun and entertainment as 2 teams of top professional chefs compete against one another in their very own “Strictly Come Dining” Chefs’ Challenge.

Come and watch both teams as they demonstrate their culinary expertise, wowing you with their signature dishes for you, and lots of tips & ideas for your Christmas table.
And why not join in and vote for your winner of the coveted “Glitter Spoon Trophy”. Will it be our own local Forest chefs, or will it be the visitors used to the bright lights?

To allow you time to visit the stalls from local producers, buy tickets to win some fab raffle prizes, and check out the very special auction items, and of course enjoy a glass of Christmas Cheer with us! Free parking in the main College car park.
All proceeds from this event will help to fund The Wessex Salon Culinaire which is one of the largest hospitality competitions in the country for up and coming young hopefuls in the Hospitality Industry, and is hosted annually by the Hospitality team at Brock in conjunction with the Craft Guild of Chefs. It provides their young people with the perfect opportunity to develop and display their remarkable talents and skills in a competitive environment, and by supporting this event you will undoubtedly be helping them as they train to become their Hospitality Industry of the future – something that we surely all want to enjoy & value for years to come!
