Stansted Pork BBQ

In celebrating with the Hampshire Food Festival Stansted Farm are hosting a one off pork BBQ event from 12pm onwards. 

You will experience their Big Green Egg Charcoal BBQ cooking up a storm with locally produced pork, creating fabulous dishes such as:

Stansted Pork BBQ ribs – slow cooked BBQ Ribs, grilled, brushed with homemade BBQ Sauce & sesame seeds 

Pulled Pork – Chipotle BBQ Sauce hot smoked 6 hour pulled pork with bread and butter pickles, coriander & heirloom tomato salsa in a homemade pitta 

Sausage – hot smoked homemade pork sausage, sour cream & Coriander potato salad, Stansted garden Slaw

Tickets are £12.50 per person and are available on the door.
