Sourdough Workshop with Hoxton Bakehouse

Do you struggle to make bread let alone sourdough bread? Then this workshop is for you. 

On the course you will learn the tricks of the trade by learning the process of mixing, resting, Autolysing, bulk fermentation and cold proving your dough.

Not only will you be baking country loaves but you will also make your own sourdough pizza for lunch and more.
