Season Cooking School- Knife Skills
Join Cookery School Manager Sylvain Gachot on this informative and technical Half Day class.
Learning the skills and techniques of the trade, you will cook up some popular dishes such as minestrone soup and a chicken stir fry. During the process you will learn:
- How to look after your knives (how to sharpen them etc.).
- The different cutting styles.
- How to debone a chicken.
- The best knives to use for various meats, vegetables etc.
09:00 – 09:20 – Guests arrive
09:20 – 09:30 – Welcome and a run through of health and safety
09:30 – Class starts
The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)
13:30 Class ends
Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.
This class costs £85 per person and booking is essential.
