Season Cooking School- Friday Night Dinner: Pasta

Would you like to explore how to make pasta from scratch?

Then why not come and join Sylvain Gachot in this hands on class, where you will learn all about pasta and how to make it, along with an accompanying sauce.

Evening Class:

18:30 – 18:50 – Guests arrive

18:50 – 19:00 – Welcome and a run through of health and safety

19:00 – class starts

(The evening will be spent preparing a dish that will be eaten for dinner)

20:30 – Dinner

Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.

This class costs £50 per person and booking is essential.
