Season Cookery School- Succulent Steaks
Executive Chef Andy Mackenzie will be in the kitchen teaching you everything you need to know about steak!
Learn about the different cuts and how you should be cooking the meat to perfection etc.
During this class, using local fresh produce, you will cook up Bavette steak with blue cheese sauce, Bernaise sauce with triple cooked chips and Sirloin steak with a green peppercorn sauce.
09:00 – 09:20 – Guests arrive
09:20 – 09:30 – Welcome and a run through of health and safety
09:30 – Class starts
The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)
13:30 Class ends
Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.
This class costs £85 per person and booking is essential.
