Come and join executive chef Andy Mackenzie in the kitchen and learn all you need to know about creating the perfect sauce in this half day cookery class.
You will explore the making of:
- Brown chicken stock
- Shelfish stock
- Fish stock
- Beurre blanc
- Fish veloute
- Hollandaise sauce
- and Roux.
Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.
This class costs £85 per person and booking is essential.
