Season cookery school- Fish and Shellfish

 

Would you like to learn how to shell, de-scale or even fillet a fish? Then this class if just for you! 

 

Using fresh local produce, Executive Chef Rob Potter is on hand to teach you all the skills and techniques needed for you to create any fish dish fit for a king!

 

Full Day:

09:00 – 09:20  Guests arrive

09:20 – 09:30  Welcome and a run through of health and safety

09:30  Class starts

The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch 
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)

13:00 – Lunch 

13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes 
(on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again)

16:30 – Class ends

 

Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.

This class costs £195 per person and booking is essential.
