Season cookery school: Dishes from the Sea- A Beginners Guide
Come and let Executive Chef Jamie Brown guide you through this informative and hands on cookery class.
In this Full Day class you will learn everything you need to know, from the fish to filleting to the dish you will create some tantalising flavours. You will explore:
- Scallops
- Mackerel – Soy Mirin
- Mackerel – Fennel and Star Anise
- Dover Sole
- Sea Bass
Full Day:
09:00 – 09:20 Guests arrive
09:20 – 09:30 Welcome and a run through of health and safety
09:30 Class starts
The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)
13:00 – Lunch
13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes
(on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again)
16:30 – Class ends
Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.
This class costs £195 per person and booking is essential.
