Season Cookery School- Bean to Bar: Chocolate

 

This tasty hands on class will be hosted by Master Chocolatier Mark Tilling, who will explain where cocoa originates and the process from bean to bar.

In this class you will also learn how to make chocolate bars, lollipops and truffles etc.

 

Full Day

09:00 – 09:20  Guests arrive

09:20 – 09:30  Welcome and a run through of health and safety

09:30  Class starts

The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch 
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)

13:00 – Lunch 

13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes 
(on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again)

16:30 – Class ends

 

Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.

This class costs £195 per person and booking is essential.
