Season Cookery School- 'A Taste of Hampshire'
Join Executive Chef Andy Mackenzie in this Full Day cooking class, where you will gain new knowledge and skills, whilst learning about some of the local artisan producers in the county and how to cook up some tasty treats using their produce such as:
- Twisted Nose Gin & Chalk Stream Test Trout
- New Season Lamb from Uptons of Bassett with summer season vegetables from Sunnyfields Farm
- Strawberry Souffle using Bourne Valley Fruit
Full Day:
09:00 – 09:20 Guests arrive
09:20 – 09:30 Welcome and a run through of health and safety
09:30 Class starts
The morning is spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch
(lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)
13:00 – Lunch
13:45 – The afternoon will be spent preparing the remaining dishes
(on some courses, there will be an opportunity to sit down to eat again)
16:30 – Class ends
Everything is provided for you on the course, including refreshments and a meal, so just bring yourself and an open mind ready to take in all the knowledge and skills that are on offer.
This class costs £165 per person and booking is essential.
