Briddlesford Farm Dairy

Founded by the Griffin family in 1923, Briddlesford Farm on the Isle of Wight is now run by third, fourth and fifth generations of the family. Their award-winning cheese is made with milk from pedigree guernseys.

Founded by Piotr Nahajski in 2013, award-winning Chalkdown is a ‘champagne-method’ cider made from hand-picked Hampshire apples.  It’s fermented twice – once in the tank and then in the bottle and given a minimum 18 months lees-ageing in the bottle. At Borough Market on Saturday only.
