Growing your own Mushrooms Workshop

Why not try something a little bit different and grow your own mushrooms at home? Learn all about the lifecycle of a fungus, how to grow your own variety of species using hardwood logs, the joys of picking your own edible fungus at home and by doing so, protecting nature. Workshop hosted by Claudio Bincoletto, expert on wild food and master forager.
