Dishes from the Sea Cookery Course
Join Jamie Brown, Executive Chef at The Royal Berkshire for a beginner’s cookery day at Season Cookery School at Lainston House dedicated to fish and seafood. On the menu is scallops, mackerel with Soy Mirin, mackerel with fennel and star anise, Dover Sole and Sea Bass.
The day costs £195 per person and includes all ingredients and refreshments plus lunch and a glass of wine. Booking is essential.
