Chocolate Truffle Making Workshop

Enjoy a chocolate truffle experience workshop with Miss Witt, New Forest chocolatier and teacher!

In this fabulous and tasty workshops, you will learn:

• How to taste chocolate
• Make your own chocolate centres
• How to use a piping bag and pipe your chocolate granache into truffle shells
• Temper milk chocolate to make chocolate shards
• Hand roll chocolate truffles in chocolate

Then finally you will add shimmer dust to your chocolates before tying them all off in a beautiful ribboned gift bag.
And on top of all this you can enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee.
