Cheese Tasting at The Drift Inn

Award-winning Lyburn Cheeses, produced by the Smales family at Lyburn Farm, are known locally as a New Forest treasure. Having invented a variety of handmade cheeses, hear all about the story of Lyburn Farm and enjoy sampling a couple of their favourite cheeses like Stoney Cross and Old Winchester with Mr Lyburn himself. Once you have discovered your favourite, enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with that Forest lunchtime treat – a Ploughman’s created by their Head Chef James White.
