MasterChef winner hosting Mauritian summer soiree in Winchester

In support of the Hampshire Food Festival, the Myers Touch welcomes the winner of BBC's MasterChef 2012, Shelina Permalloo into our award winning Winchester kitchen studio for an interactive demonstration where guests will have the opportunity to get up close and experience her street food style tasting plates with an open Q&A session at the end of the evening. 

Shelina's Southampton restaurant showcases the best of modern Mauritian street food so we are delighted to welcome her back into our studio where she will take pleasure in sharing with guests tips on how to create delicious tasting plates such as Crab Salad with Apple and Pomelo, Venison Tartare with Coriander and Pomegranate, Tomatoes and Garlic - Isle of Wight with King Prawns Skewers, Cari Goat, Curry Leaf and Turmeric Rice for savoury and desserts of Passionfruit Mango Delice and Rasgulla Rose and Pistachio.

As we are celebrating the beautiful produce available to us lucky Hampshire residents, Shelina has created her mouth-watering menu to incorporate all the amazing ingredients of our county and supplied by local growers, Farmers Choice (where possible).

Prosecco & soft drinks will be served upon arrival. Tickets cost £35 per person and booking is essential!
