We are an innovative artisan cheese company that makes new and exciting cheese. Using traditional handmade methods, we then add modern local twists, from foraging wild garlic to maturing feta in discarded kalamata olive brine.

We also love to do trade events so we can help educate customers about the local artisan scene and why supporting small artisan business and farming is so important.
