South Downs Sourdough

Their aim is to demystify sourdough bread baking and provide a practical, informative and fun experience for anyone wanting to bake their own sourdough bread at home. 

Classes take place in the spacious kitchen at The Brick House, baking sourdough and gluten free bread in an environment similar to that of aspiring bakers, who are able to continue their sourdough bread journey with confidence. 

All raw materials are sourced locally from Mills, Farms and local food retailers.
