South Downs Sourdough

Their aim is to demystify sourdough bread baking and provide a practical, informative and fun experience for anyone wanting to bake their own sourdough bread at home. 

Classes take place in their kitchen at The Brick House, baking sourdough and gluten free bread in an environment which will be like that of their customers. That way students are quickly able to transfer their learning and continue their sourdough bread journey with confidence, applying sound process, tips and skills.

All raw materials are sourced locally from Mills, Farms and local food retailers.
