Naked Jam

Naked Jam is home to Hampshire artisan producer of award-winning jams and conserves - a small business making its mark on the breakfast tables of some of New Forest's most salubrious hotels.

Working with the seasons, Jennifer forages for fruits such as sloes, cherry plums, blackberries, crab apples and bullaces from within the New Forest.

Informed by traditional jam making methods, Jennifer is never afraid to experiment and be innovative, particularly when it comes to designing new recipes. The result is a range of flavours and exciting new taste combinations including the award-winning Seville orange and Cacao Marmalade.
