Church Paddock Smokery

Church Paddock Fishery has a one & a half acre lake set in five acres of landscaped grounds. The lake contains a selection of trout and coarse fish providing catch & release fly fishing. Fly fishing tuition is available.

Their on-site smokery produces hot & cold smoked trout pates & various spreads. They also sell Vistong which is marinated & dried smoked trout trimmings, making this the perfect protein snack!
