Jennifer is an artisan jam maker dedicated to producing conserves of the highest quality where the flavour of the fruit is the most important ingredient.
Working with the seasons and she forages for most of the fruits from within the New Forest.
Fruits such as sloes, cherry plums, blackberries, crab apples and bullaces find their way into their recipes.
Seasonality is a key factor in the naked jam range; as each season progresses the flavour of a fruit will develop and change.
This is reflected in the taste of the jam, making each jar of naked jam subtly different and unique.
Informed by traditional jam making methods, Jennifer is never afraid to experiment and be innovative, particularly when it comes to designing new recipes. The result is a range of flavours and exciting new taste combinations including the award winning Seville Orange and Cacao Marmalade.
