Team Work With Truffles
With hybrid-working established as the new normal for many, team-building days have added value. Some businesses now have staff who have never even met in person before! The answer, suggests Kerry Witt, the award-winning chocolatier behind Chocolate by Miss Witt, is to create team connections while making truffles. This is a fun and delicious way to help team members connect: by making and tasting chocolates!
At a corporate event ran by Miss Witt last week, and hosted by Balmer Lawn Hotel, teams worked in pairs to design chocolate truffles using Miss Witt’s unique water ganache recipe.They all learned top tips about chocolates alongside developing a skill set that encompassed: communication activities, planning, problem solving, decision making, adapting and trust building. All followed by eating the results.
