Great British Biscotti has relaunched as The Artful Baker with a new name and new flavours for the new year.

Director Paul Rostand explains: “We decided at the beginning of 2021 to rebrand as The Artful Baker and spent the time developing our range and packaging ready for launch in 2022. The thinking behind it is that we want to create other baked goodies in addition to our delicious Biscotti. The Artful Baker frees us up to launch more exciting new products. Also, the name represents who we are and what we are keen to do – artfully baking and crafting the unexpected!

“Our new packaging will have a much stronger presence on the shelf. Going forward we have plans on developing our range, not only with new products, but also adding to our Vegan & Gluten Free selection which is proving really popular. Our focus going forward will either be to take what is already out there and add our own twist and raise the bar in terms of quality and taste, or to craft new and exciting bakes using the finest ingredients!”

The restyled colourful packaging includes new additions. For the sweet biscotti bite range these include: Sour Cherry & Dark Chocolate; Salted Caramel Pecan & Roasted Hazlenut; and Triple Belgian Chocolate. New savoury biscotti nibbles include: Fennel, Pink Peppercorn & Sea Salt; Sundried Tomato, Kalamato Olives & Oregano; and Smoked Jalapeno & Lime. Serving suggestions don’t just include dunking sweet biscotti into coffee as traditional, or savoury biscotti into soup. Sweet biscotti can be topped by a scoop of salted caramel ice cream, while savoury biscotti can be served with cheese and charcuterie, as bases for canapes, or dipped into hummus, salsa or guacamole. Bites with bursts of flavour and crunch however you munch them!
