Well in fact it is actually a 4 bird roast but you will be boning 3 birds. You will enjoy some delicious home-made stuffings and plenty of knife skills, hard work and fun.

A Festive dinner will be served at the end of the class and you will take your substantial 3 bird roast home to share with a family of up to 10.

The dish you will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients.
