Join Hampshire Life Food Hero, chef Andy Mackenzie for a cookery course dedicated to perfecting steak at five-star Lainston House hotel in Sparsholt on 2nd February.

Learn how to choose the right cuts and best quality steak and perfect delicious traditional steak accompaniments.

You will cook: Bavette steak with blue cheese sauce / Béarnaise sauce with triple-cooked chips / Sirloin steak with green peppercorn sauce.
