This is a very much hands on class so roll your sleves up and get your muscles working, cutting, sowing, pulling and learning about local and delicious British beef.
You will discover steaks such as merlot, denver, spider, hanger and bevette. You will cook your many samples as well as a tasty steak dinner!
The dish you will make can vary from class to class, depending on the season and availability of ingredients.
