Passionfruit Chocolate Truffles Workshop

Come and enjoy making delicious Passionfruit truffles using luxurious rare chocolate from Ecuador.

On arrival you will be greeted with fresh pastries and tea or coffee before settling down to learn all about the fabulous chocolate from Susana Cárdenas. There is also a break for lunch, consisting of home made quiche with salad, strawberries, or fruit of the season, with a chocolate dipping pot, accompanied with a sparkling fruit cordial.

Miss Witt is the 1st chocolatier to use this chocolate in the UK and it's a thrill to use this to make Passionfruit truffles. You will have lots of fun making your own truffles, which will include the Passionfruit ganache, the essential centre ingredient, before rolling the truffles in chocolate.

Miss Witt is running two Passionfruit Chocolate Workshops on the 4th September and the 22nd September from 10:30-14:00.
