Jamming Sessions

In the spirit of the Hampshire Food Festival's 20th Anniversary and the love of local, Hampshire Jam & Chutney Company invites you to join them on one of their Jamming sessions!

Have you ever wanted to have a go at making your own preserves but never known quite where or how to start, do you want to improve the skills you already have, or are you itching to enter your local village show with your prize-winning preserves? 

Well, here's your chance to join this small and informal class learning how to make lovely jam, marmalade, chutney or jelly. They hold the classes in their own kitchens in the Winchester area and whenever possible they use seasonal Hampshire produce, direct from the grower, so it couldn't be fresher. 

There are two sessions running on three dates throughout July and the times are 9:30-12:30pm / 2:30pm-5:30pm on the following dates:

Saturday 9th July
Wednesday 13th July
Saturday 23rd July

Each session costs £45 per person for a jamming session or £75 per person for a combined jam and chutney session.
